Welcome to Pack 918!

We offer a family friendly program designed for boys in kindergarten to 5th grade. We are proud to be members of the Saddleback District of the Orange County Council of Boy Scouts of America, serving Lake Forest and surrounding communities. Our program focuses on developing leadership and character within our scouts, with an additional emphasis towards community service, family understanding, nature, and personal fitness. Our scouts learn many useful skills ranging from tying knots to eventually starting a camp fire. We offer 3-4 camping adventures annually where the scouts are introduced to fun activities such as zip lines, archery, and BB gun shooting. They are also taught principles of such as "Leave No Trace". We typically plan other exciting activities, such as offshore fishing, an overnight stay at a science museum or military museum such as the USS Midway, a summer carnival, and we participate in the Lake Forest 4th of July Parade. We are always looking for other new experiences to enrich our scouts experience.

We are proud to be chartered by Saddleback Church. Our monthly Pack Meetings are held in the Refinery Gym at the Saddleback Church Lake Forest campus. This meeting is held the 2nd Monday of every month. Our scouts also participate in at least one den meeting each month, typically held on the 1st or 3rd Monday of every month, and typically at the same location as the Pack Meeting.

Our Pack was recently awarded "The Journey to Excellence Gold Award" which is the highest level of recognition that a Pack can be given by The Boy Scouts of America. We have many leaders (past and present) that have committed to our Pack to make it successful and we appreciate them greatly, and our Pack is always looking for additional help and volunteers.
